In addition, Ashford Castle has development a number of bespoke Management Training Programmes designed to develop future leaders for the 5 star hospitality profession. These training programmes are tailored for candidates who prefer to learn through 'hands on' practical experience rather than following an academic route.
Training Courses Available
Management Trainee Programme- 3 year course (final 6 months in another 5 star hotel)
Chef Apprentice Programme- 3.5 years
Restaurant Supervisory Programme- 2 years
Bar Supervisory Programme- 2 years
Accommodation Supervisory Programme- 2 years
We recruit on an annual basis, and usually start the programmes in March/April or September/October. A limited number of places are available for each programme. Please contact HR for further information.
