Estate Activities Assistant

The Front of House department is looking for a Estate Activities Assistant to join the team. You should have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills and an approachable and friendly personality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arrange for agreed services and products to be available to the guest in a timely and efficient manner
  • To check the daily time sheet and function sheets, other correspondence when commencing your shift to ensure that you are fully familiar with all incoming business/activity bookings / functions and special requests
  • Create personal activity plans for guests, groups and families where requested
  • Greet all guests at all times in a warm and friendly manner, taking the initiative to ensure that the guest receives that extra element of personal care and a seamless experience
  • Ensure that the agreed stock levels for linen/towel needs are maintained in-house in line with daily business levels and that pantries are fully stocked each day

The ideal candidate for the Estate Activities Assistant will enjoy working within a friendly and productive team and have excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position, working five days a week between Monday and Sunday. 

The ideal candidate for the Estate Activities position should:

  • Possess strong organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively in English
  • Possess a basic knowledge and enthusiasm for recreational activities e.g. fishing, golf and all other estate acrivities
  • Be eligible to work in Ireland
  • Have a full clean driving licence
  • Be positive, punctual, reliable and have a flexible attitude
