Rare Whiskey Tasting with Midleton

Head distiller, Brian Nation of Jameson Midleton Distillery, will guide you through whiskies from the Midleton Very Rare Cask Circle range in the Billiards Room. Tasting is expected to last one hour and attendees are welcome to join us for dinner in the George V Dining Room from 20:00. Please note that dinner reservations need to be made at the time of booking the tasting.

Private Tastings in the Wine Cellars

Enjoy a private wine tasting or wonderful wine dinner in the secret passageways of the castle, which were unearthed during recent renovations. 

It has now been transformed and the 16th Century tunnels provide three unique private spaces with a warm and cosy ambience with soft lighting. 

The extensive wine list has been carefully selected by our knowledgeable sommelier, where you can sample a fine selection of vintages and a choice of new and old world wines.
